"SDGs x Sports Fun Day" Successfully Held with Over 200 Participants Gathering at Easy Green Organic Farm to Experience the Joy of Sports and Sustainability in Action

[Hong Kong, November 9, 2025] The "SDGs x Sports Fun Day", jointly organized by the charitable organization Easy Green and M.E. Team Building, recently concluded successfully at the Easy Green Organic Farm. Held in the 120,000-square-foot organic farm located in Shui Tau Tsuen, Kam Tin, the event provided over 200 participants with a chance to escape the city’s hustle and bustle, relax, and experience the integration of nature and innovative sports under the pleasant autumn weather.

The farm featured various designs embodying the spirit of SDGs, including an organic fish pond, an inclusive planting zone, and a wood waste management facility, allowing participants to directly feel the practical value of sustainable development. The event received an enthusiastic response from a diverse group of participants, including principals, teachers, students, corporate representatives, government officials, charity organizations, social enterprises, and members of non-profit organizations. Together, they engaged in creative emerging sports inspired by the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Participants learned the core concepts of SDGs through engaging activities such as Archery Tag, Dodgebee, Mölkky, and Roundnet, gaining an understanding of carbon reduction and the value of sustainable development through hands-on practice. The event not only provided a rich sports experience but also deepened participants’ knowledge of various SDG goals, inspiring reflections on sustainable living. The lively atmosphere was filled with laughter, and participants expressed that they benefited greatly from the experience.
